No expense was spared in this newly constructed modern mountain condo, ideally located on the top floor of Cantera’s coveted north side with breathtaking mountain views!

Enter through the main building’s access door and take the stairs or elevator to your private top-floor retreat. Upon entry, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed laundry room to your right, complete with a brand-new full-size washer and dryer, spacious folding counter, iron, ironing board, and all laundry essentials provided for your convenience. A nearby powder room offers additional comfort for guests.

Continue down the hallway where you’ll be welcomed into the luxurious Primary Suite, featuring a plush king bed, Smart TV, and stunning views of Whitefish Mountain. The private ensuite bathroom is beautifully appointed with dual sinks and an impressive custom glass shower, creating a spa-like retreat after a day of adventure.

As you move further into the condo, the space opens into an expansive great room beautifully designed with comfort and elegance in mind. Four dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows frame breathtaking mountain views from this top-floor residence, filling the space with natural light and alpine scenery. The living area features a cozy fireplace, Smart TV, and a plush sofa that converts into a full-size sleeper bed, making it perfect for additional guests.

The state-of-the-art kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large farm-style sink, upgraded cabinets, & gorgeous quartz countertops with everything needed for a relaxing stay, whether preparing a quick breakfast before the slopes or enjoying a gourmet dinner at home. Guests can gather around the dining table with seating for six or enjoy casual dining at the kitchen island with four additional bar stools.

The secondary ensuite bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and its own beautifully designed private bathroom with dual sinks and a custom glass shower, providing privacy and comfort for additional guests or couples traveling together. This peaceful retreat is intentionally designed without a television, creating the perfect space to unwind and recharge.

This condo includes two dedicated off-street parking spaces for guests: one uncovered space conveniently located near the building entrance and one parking garage space located on the north side of the building. Please note the garage clearance is 7’3”.
